1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing any course on this platform ("the Service"), operated by MikroTik Masters, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Service.

2. Educational Disclaimer — Not Official MikroTik Training or Certification

MikroTik Masters and its courses are independently created and are not official MikroTik training, are not endorsed or certified by MikroTik or SIA "Mikrotīkls", and do not confer any official MikroTik qualification, credential, or certification (including but not limited to MTCNA or MTCWE) on completion.

The content is developed from the instructor's own personal, practical experience working with MikroTik equipment, and is intended to help first-time and intermediate users build practical skills and confidence. It is offered as general educational guidance and advice, not as professional, official, or guaranteed-accurate technical certification. You should independently verify any configuration before applying it to a production, business-critical, or security-sensitive network, and we are not responsible for outcomes resulting from configurations you choose to apply.

3. Purchases, Access, and License

Courses are sold as a one-time payment for lifetime access, for the individual purchaser only. Your account and login details are for your personal use — they may not be shared, resold, or redistributed, and course videos, configuration files, and other materials may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with a course, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. After 7 days, purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantee or right you may have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded — this 7-day window is offered in addition to, not instead of, any such rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MikroTik Masters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including network downtime, data loss, or security incidents — arising from your use of any information, configuration script, or advice provided as part of the Service. The Service and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
